Recent technical update on DBC Mainnet:
1⃣️Fixed the problem that upgrading cannot trigger storage migration;
2⃣️Fixed the problem of machines not being able to be withdrawn in advance due to failure in the process of reporting machines;
3⃣️Added the machine exit function test
